Successful Coanda Effect Quadcopter - How Tom 3d Printed his own Coanda Effect Quadcopter

Coanda Effect is an interesting aerodynamic effect that has been used in many flying objects.

It has been also in the media for long time as the main explanation for flying saucers.

But many toys and drones have been made around it.

Today I found this interesting quadcopter that uses the Coanda Effect for creating lift.

Tom has used this printed impeller to generate lift and thrust for his Coanda Effect Quadcopter.

Instead of using traditional propellers, he decided to 3d print his own impeller from different designs.
